Charles Brockden Brown Electronic Archive and Scholarly Edition

The Charles Brockden Brown Electronic Archive and Scholarly Edition is an editorial collective that is preparing an MLA-CSE approved print edition of Charles Brockden Brown's (1771-1810) personal letters, poetry, and selected periodical writings to be published by Bucknell University Press (7 volumes). A searchable archive of all of Brown's works (unedited) is also being developed.

ChinaVine

ChinaVine is a collaboration between the UCF Cultural Heritage Alliance, the Center for Community Arts and Cultural Policy at the University of Oregon, and the Folk Art Research Institute at Shandong University of Art and Design in Jinan, China. ChinaVine's mission is to educate English-speaking audiences about the material and intangible culture of China.  The first effort focuses on Shandong Province.

Interactive Expeditions

Interactive Expeditions is a mobile research lab at the University of Central Florida directed by Phil Peters that employs modern satellite technology and two-way video conferencing in order to connect at-home learners with instructors who are live in the field.

PeruVine/PeruDigital

A Digital Ethnography lab project, PeruVine seeks to develop a multi-lingual, interactive, and immersive website in both English and Spanish. When completed, the site will contain a front end ethnographic storytelling environment and a back end searchable database for accessing a large archive of Peruvian festivals, dance, and related folk arts housed in the Institute of Ethnomusicology in Lima, Peru.

Shadows of Canaveral

Shadows of Canaveral examines the application of virtual reality to history. The online experience permits visitors to explore historically significant Cape Canaveral launch complexes as they appeared in the 1950s and 1960s. Shadows goes beyond an accurate architecture recreation of the Cape, and places events at the Cape into the context of the period.
